hii everyone,
Its been a tough two weeks but after a few mess up's we seem to got it all together and the cohesive team the staff have been looking for is here and working well. Motivation and moral is at an all time high within the Linnet team. Danny (from the RAF) came on Wednesday and stayed until thursday he ansewered all our questions on the services and what you go through when training and working within a service.
After a late night on wednesday due to students not meeting inspection standards we are all beggining to feel the strain of late nights and early morning but working as a team and helping each other has helped us all through the difficult times but has also made the good times even better.
Chhers, Joe :)
